Refund Policy

At RolloTools, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
